Raindrops keep falling on my head

Yesterday, it both drizzled and poured. There were pitter patter raindrops as well as heavy showers. The sky grew from pale white to light grey.  Rippling puddles appeared. The ground got muddy. People dressed in colourful raincoats and sprouted umbrellas of different colours over their heads. The sky softly growled as if a pack of wolves were hungry up there in the sky. What a beautiful rainy day and evening it was!
