Overseas clientele [Dr.Nirmala Shetty]

Nirmala’s clientele has included both Indians and foreigners. Regarding how she tailored her treatment to suit them, she says, “I was slightly apprehensive as to whether my products would suit them. I’d take care to enquire if they were comfortable with nuts being used in their pack as many of them are allergic to them. I’d avoid almonds and other nuts while treating them. I’d use oats, grains and fruits for them instead.”
